When a hard disk fails, Windows will not load and there is a strong chance of losing any files.

If caught early enough it's often possible using specialised software for us to recover some if not all files from the hard disk.

Options are then

• Files can be supplied on a USB stick
• Replace the hard disk, re-install windows (additional charges for time and parts) and transfer any recovered files onto the new system.
• Upload the files to the cloud for you to download

Please note: sometimes a virus cannot be removed without re-installing Windows, however every instance will be assessed and advice given at the time of initial inspection.

Often deleted files can be recovered. Results will vary depending on how much the computer has been used since the files were deleted.
